Welcome to STF Grövelsjön Mountain Station! Here you live 816 meters above sea level on the slope of Långfjället in the border country to Norway in one of the world's most sustainable mountain and mountain facilities. Directly outside the door, you have access to miles of marked paths and trails, and our mountain guides are ready if you want help with a guided activity.

STF Grövelsjöns Fjällstation offers different accommodation options from self-catering to full board and in different room types. A mountain station is not just accommodation, it is a hub for activities in a mountain environment. At STF Grövelsjön Mountain Station there is a shop, rentals, mountain guides, guided hiking tours and much more. With us, you don't have to go far to have fun. Near the station there is Trollstigen, Linné's spring, campsites for barbecuing or making your own coffee and a troll workshop where you can make your own trolls and place them on Trollstigen.
