The Swedish Tourist Association's mountain cabin is beautifully situated on a headland in Lake Rogen.

17 km hike from STF Storrödtjärn or STF Skedbro. The area around the lake is a mosaic of winding small lakes, headlands and headlands, a great place for paddling and fishing. Here you live in a classic mountain cabin together with other hikers. The cottage has neither electricity nor running water, but the cottage host will show you where to go. You cannot book accommodation, but you are welcome to pre-pay your overnight stay either via the website or at STF Grövelsjön Fjällstation. STF Rogen offers simpler provisions in its shop. Here you can pay by card or cash.
