Meals are prepared with seasonal ingredients and we use the local variety of game and fish to the fullest extent possible. KRAV Certified since 1996, and since then everything is cooked with the most possible number of KRAV-approved or ecologically ingredients. Our fine organic wine and beer assortment complements the restaurant’s menu.
